4. External Services Using Tracking Tools
- PostHog Cloud (UK/US): analytics and behavioral profiling platform. When used with
identify(), it tracks and associates events to identified users for usage analysis and product optimization. Requires user consent under GDPR Articles 6(1)(a) and 22(1). - Mailtrap: used for transactional email diagnostics; does not set cookies.
- Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI API: AI tools used for on-demand processing; no training or retention of data.
5. Limitations in Control of Third-Party Tools
Since the use of third-party Tracking Tools cannot be fully controlled by us, any specific reference to them should be considered indicative. For full details, please consult the privacy policies of the respective third-party services.
